Creating an IBM 3151 Emulation Session

A TeemTalk session with the name specified in step 2 will be
created and listed in the

Start

Programs

menu under

Neoware

TeemTalk

. A shortcut icon will also be created on the desktop if

requested.

The IBM 3151 emulation is configured using the

IBM 3151 Settings

dialog. This is displayed in the TeemTalk emulator window by
selecting

IBM 3151...

in the

Settings

menu. Refer to the section

“IBM 3151 Settings” on page 157 for details.

Using the TeemTalk
Emulator Window

This section describes the basic procedure for creating an IBM 3151
emulation session from the TeemTalk emulator window.

Display the

Settings

menu from the menu bar and select

Emula-

tion...

to display the

Emulation Settings

dialog.

Select

IBM 3151

in the

Alpha Emulation

list box.

Click

to accept the settings and close the

Emulation

Settings

dialog.

Display the

Settings

menu again and select

Specify the settings required to connect to the host. Refer to the
chapter “Host Connection Settings” on page 55 for details.

Click the

button to make TeemTalk attempt to connect

to the host with the supplied settings.

The IBM 3151 emulation is configured using the

IBM 3151 Settings

dialog. This is displayed by selecting

IBM 3151...
