Operation of the emergency drive function (when the switchover to the commercial power supply
during emergency drive is disabled, and the retry in case of critical faults is selected)
NOTES When X84 signal is ON for 3 s, the emergency drive is executed.
Y65 signal turns ON during emergency drive operation.
"ED" appears on the operation panel during emergency drive operation.
ALM3 signal turns ON when a fault occurs during emergency drive operation.
