Clear the DTCs from the memory.

YesRepeat the inspection from Step 1.
If the malfunction recurs, go to the
next step.

VERIFY IF PARTS FROM ANOTHER VEHICLE
INSTALLED TO INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, PCM OR DSC
HU/CM
Verify if an instrument cluster, PCM or DSC
HU/CM from another vehicle is installed.
Has an instrument cluster, PCM, DSC
HU/CM or other vehicle part been installed
to vehicle?
YesInstall the correct instrument cluster,
PCM or DSC HU/CM, then go to Step
1.

INSPECT FOR INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PCM
MALFUNCTION
Switch the ignition to off.
Using the M-MDS, perform the DTC
inspection for the instrument cluster and
PCM.

YesGo to applicable DTC inspection.

VERIFY THAT THE SAME DTC IS NOT PRESENT
Clear the DTCs from the memory.

Are any other DTCs output?
YesGo to the applicable DTC inspection.
