9.7.2.1.2 Activating ballasting mode

Open the

“Setup”

menu page on the SENCON.

Press the

[Ballasting mode]

quick-select button.

The status indicator of the quick-select icon lights up

yellow.

The engine is switched off.

The Setup remote radio control is used to control the

machine during setup.

Yellow bar

Black bar

The ballasting mode is activated.

The Setup remote radio control is used to con-

trol the machine during certain setup proce-

dures.

The ballasting mode is deactivated.

The machine is controlled using the controls in

the cab.

9.7.2.1.3 Folding out the outrigger

Risk of crushing when swinging the outrigger out or in!

Ensure all personnel is outside the danger zone.

Indicate the danger through visual and audible warning

signals.

People within the range of motion may be crushed and seri-

ously injured.
