D D 8 8 - - Change the I.C. engine oil and oil
filter
Check to make sure the machine is on
level ground to ensure correct reading
on the spirit level.
After running the engine at normal ope-
rating temperature, stop it.
Remove the sheet under the engine
casing to access the oil drainage plug
“1” (D8/1) and oil filter “2” (D8/1).
Drain the engine oil
- Place a suitable container under the
opening to collect the engine oil.
- Remove the cup drainage plug 1
(D8/1) and its “O” ring” and drain out
the engine oil from the cup into the con-
tainer.
- After the oil is drained, wipe the draina-
ge plug and refit it. If necessary, change
the O-ring. Fit the drainage plug on the
cup using a 34 Nm - 3.5 kgm tightening
torque
.
- Remove the container and dispose off
the used lube oil.
Dispose off the lube oil in a safe
place, in complete compliance
with the legislation in force!
Replace the oil filter
Remove the filter using a suitable tool
(band type wrench) “2” (D8/2).
Wipe the surface of the seal on the top
of the oil filter “3” (D8/2).
Make sure the filter head union is fixed
properly.
Apply a thin film of engine oil on O-ring
“4” (D8/2) of the oil filter.
WARNING:
WARNING:
Do not fill filters with
oil before they are installed.
Fit the oil filter (see: “FILTER ELE-
MENTS AND BELTS TABLE”).
Tighten the filter using a 12 Nm - 1.2
kgm torque.
Do not tighten the oil filter excessively.

Ölfilters des Verbrennungsmotors
Sicherstellen, dass die Maschine eben
steht, um die Anzeige auf dem Ölmess-
stab richtig ablesen zu können.
Den Motor bei normaler
Betriebstemperatur laufen lassen, um
ihn dann anzuhalten.
Das Blech unter dem Motorkasten ent-
fernen, um Zugriff zum Ölablassstopfen
“1” (D8/1) und zum Ölfilter “2” (D8/1) zu
erhalten.
Das Motoröl ablassen.
- Einen geeigneten Behälter zum
Auffangen des Motoröls unter die Öff-
nung stellen.
- Den Ablasstopfen des Motorsumpfs 1
(D8/2) abnehmen und den entsprechen-
den O-Ring entfernen, um das Motoröl
in den Behälter abzulassen.
- Wenn das Öl ausgelaufen ist, muss
der Ablaufstutzen gereinigt und wieder
aufgesetzt werden. Den O-Ring bei
Bedarf ersetzen. Den Ablaufstopfen mit
einem Drehmoment von 34 Nm - 3,5
kgm anziehen.
- Den Behälter wegnehmen und das
Altöl wie vorgeschrieben entsorgen.
Das Schmieröl an einer sicheren
Stelle und unter Beachtung der
geltenden Gesetze entsorgen!
Den Ölfilter ersetzen
- Den Filter mit einem passenden
Werkzeug (Bandschlüssel) “2” (D8/2)
entfernen.
- Die Dichtfläche des Kopfteils des Ölfil-
ters “3” (D8/2) reinigen.
- Sicherstellen, dass der Anschluss im
Kopfteil des Filters sicher befestigt ist.
- Etwas sauberes Motoröl auf den O-
Ring “4” (D8/2) des Ölfilters geben.
HINWEIS: HINWEIS:
Die Ölfilter nicht füllen,
bevor man sie installiert.
Den Ölfilter montieren (siehe: “TABELLE
FILTERELEMENTE UND RIEMEN”).
Den Ölfilter mit 12 Nm - 1,2 kgm
anziehen.

D D 8 8 - - Sostituire l'olio e il filtro olio
del motore termico
Controllare che la macchina si trovi in
piano per garantire una lettura accurata
sull'astina di livello.
Dopo aver fatto girare il motore alla tem-
peratura normale di
funzionamento, arrestarlo.
Smontare la lamiera sotto cassone
motore per accedere al tappo di scarico
olio “1” (D8/1) e al filtro olio “2” (D8/1).
Scaricare l’olio motore
- Collocare un recipiente adatto sotto il
foro per fare defluire l'olio
motore.
- Togliere il tappo di scarico della coppa
1 (D8/2) e il rispettivo
"O" ring" e scaricare l'olio motore
dalla coppa nel recipiente.
- Dopo che l’olio è stato scaricato, il
tappo di scarico deve essere pulito
e installato. Se necessario , sostituire
l’O-ring. Serrare il tappo di
scarico alla coppia di 34 Nm - 3,5 kgm.
- Rimuovere il recipiente e smaltire l'olio
lubrificante usato.
Smaltire l'olio lubrificante in un
luogo sicuro e nel pieno rispetto
delle leggi vigenti!
Sostituire il filtro dell'olio
- Rimuovere il filtro con un attrezzo
adatto (chiave a nastro) “2” (D8/2).
- Pulire la superficie di tenuta della testa
del filtro dell’olio “3” (D8/2).
- Accertarsi che il raccordo nella testa
del filtro sia ben fissato.
- Applicare un velo di olio motore pulito
sull’O-ring “4” (D8/2) del filtro dell’olio.

: : Non riempire i filtri
con olio prima di installarli.
Montare il filtro dell’olio (vedi: "TABELLA
ELEMENTI FILTRANTI E
CINGHIE").
Serrare il filtro dell’olio a 12 Nm - 1,2
kgm.
Non serrare eccessivamente il
filtro
dell’olio.
