Make sure the engine is stationary befo-
re carrying out maintenance or repairs
on it.
After the engine is stopped, before
carrying out maintenance and repair
operations on the fuel pipes, wait for 60
seconds to allow pressure to be dischar-
ged.
Eliminate leaks, if any, from the supply
system.
Replace the fuel piping that has leaks.
- Place a suitable container under the
fuel filter to collect the fuel that flows
out.
Wipe the fuel that leaks out.
- Wipe the outside of the fuel filter.
Use a suitable tool for dismantling the-
fuel filter

dispose off the used filter correctly.
- Lubricate the sealing ring with clean
fuel oil.
-Insert the cartridge on the filter head
- tighten the cartridge manually so that
the sealing ring makes contact with the
filter head. Turn the cartridge through 90
degrees.
Prime the supply system.

Sicherstellen, dass der Motor steht,

Etwaige Leckstellen im Kraftstoffsystem

Etwaige Kraftstoffleitungen, die undicht
sind, muss man ersetzen.
- Einen geeigneten Behälter unter den
Kraftstofffilter stellen, um den Kraftstoff
aufzufangen, der auslaufen könnte.
Den eventuell ausgetretenen Kraftstoff
reinigen.
- Den Kraftstofffilter außen reinigen.
Ein geeignetes Werkzeug verwenden,
um den

vom Motor abzutrennen, und den alten
Filter korrekt entsorgen.
- Den Dichtring mit dem sauberen
Dieselkraftstoff schmieren.
- Den Filtereinsatz auf den Filterkopf
stecken.
- Den Filtereinsatz von Hand anziehen,
bis der Dichtring den Filterkopf berührt.
Den Filtereinsatz um 90 Grad drehen.

Accertarsi che il motore sia fermo prima
di eseguire qualunque
operazione di manutenzione o riparazio-
ne.
Dopo che il motore si è arrestato, prima
di eseguire operazioni di manutenzione
o riparazione sulle tubazioni del carbu-
rante occorre attendere 60 secondi per
consentire alla pressione di scaricarsi.
Eliminare eventuali perdite dall’impianto
di alimentazione.
Sostituire eventuali tubazioni del carbu-
rante che presentino perdite.
- Collocare un contenitore adatto sotto il
filtro del carburante per
raccogliere il carburante che potrebbe
fuoriuscire.
Ripulire dal carburante eventualmente
fuoriuscito.
- Pulire l’esterno del filtro del carburan-
te.
Usare un attrezzo adatto per smontare
dal motore il
filtro del

rettamente il filtro usato.
- Lubrificare l’anello di tenuta con del
gasolio pulito
-Inserire la cartuccia sulla testa del filtro
- serrare la cartuccia a mano finchè
l’anello di tenuta non va a contatto
della testa del filtro. Girare la cartuccia
di 90gradi.
Adescare l’impianto di alimentazione.
