- Clean the radiator
To prevent the radiator from clogging, it
must be cleaned with a jet of compres-
sed air from the inside towards the out-
side (fig. B4). This is the only way to
clean off the debris.
B B 5 5 - - Clean and grease the telescopic
boom pads
- Completely extend the telescopic
boom.
- Clean the surface of the telescopes
- Using a brush, apply a layer of
grease (see “LUBRICANT” chart) on
all 4 sides of the telescopic boom
(fig. B5).
- Operate the telescopic boom
several times to evenly distribute
the grease.
- Remove any excess grease.

- Reinigen des kühler
Um eine einwandfreie Kühlleistung zu
garantieren, muß der Kühler alle 50
Betriebsstunden gereinigt werden.,
Den Kühler mit Druckluft von Innen
nach Außen reinigen (Abb. B4).

- Reinigen schmieren der
Gleitschuhe des Teleskopen.
- Den Teleskopen komplett ausfahren.
Mit einem Spachtel altes Schmierfett
ent fernen.
- Mit einem Pinsel eine Fettschicht (vgl.
“TABELLE DER FÜLLMENGEN”) auf
die 4 Seiten des Teleskopauslegers
auftragen (Abb. B5).
- Den Teleskopen mehrmals
betätigen, um das Schmierfett zu vertei
len.
- Überschüssige Fett entfernen.

- Pulire griglia del radiatore
Per evitare che il radiatore si otturi,
occorre pulirlo con un getto d’aria
compressa rivolto da dietro in avanti
(fig. B4). Questo è il solo modo effi-
cace di eliminare le impurità.

- Pulire e ingrassare pattini
d’usura del braccio telescopico
- Fare uscire completamente il
braccio telescopico.
- Pulire la superficie dei bracci
sfilanti
- Usando un pennello, applicare uno
strato di grasso (vedere
“LUBRIFICANTI") sui 4 lati del
braccio telescopico (fig. B5).
- Azionare il braccio telescopico più
volte per distribuire il grasso in
modo uniforme.
- Togliere l’eccesso di grasso.
