e. Install two screws in the back of the cover.
7. Position the server open-side-up on a flat,
nonconductive surface.
8. Remove the feet

from the server by unscrewing
them.
9. Remove the fan assemblies at the front of the server.
To remove a fan assembly, press the orange
touchpoint
1 to release the fan assembly; then, lift the
fan assembly out.
10. Move the power switch panel

to its new location

a. Remove the hard disk drives and note the SCSI
ID assigned to each drive.
b. Remove the power switch panel by pressing
down and in on the arrow on the top blue tab.
