Installing the lower tri�le clam�

Main work

- Clean the bearing and sealing elements, check for damage,

and grease.

I High viscosity grease (

- Position the lower triple clamp with the steering stem. Mount

the upper steering head bearing.

- Check whether upper steering head seal

is correctly posi

Mount protective ring

and 0-ring

- Position the upper triple clamp with the handlebar.

- Mount screw

but do not tighten yet.

- Position the clutch line in the guide above the voltage regula-

tor.

- Position the fork legs.

✓ Bleeder screws

are positioned toward the front.

Grooves are milled into the side of the upper end of

the fork legs. The second milled groove (from the top)
