Port 802.1x Configuration controls
Control Description
Server Timeout (0-65535 sec)
Sets the time, in seconds, the authenticator waits for a response from the
Radius server before declaring an authentication timeout. The default value is
30 seconds.
The time interval between transmissions of the RADIUS Access-Request packet
containing the supplicant’s (client’s) EAP-Response packet is determined by the
current setting of
/cfg/sys/radius/timeout
(default is 3 seconds).
ReAuth Status
Sets the re-authentication status to on or off. The default value is off.
ReAuth Period (1-604800 sec)
Sets the time, in seconds, the authenticator waits before re-authenticating a
supplicant (client) when periodic re-authentication is enabled. The default
value is 3600 seconds.
Overwrite Configuration with
Overwrites the port configuration settings with the global or default 802.1x
settings.

Control Description
Bridge Aging Time
(0-65535 secs)
Configures the forwarding database aging time. The aging time specifies the amount of time
the STP bridge waits without receiving a packet from a station before removing the station
from the forwarding database. The default value is 300 seconds.
To disable FDB aging, set the value to 0.
