FUEL SYSTEM
Remove the pilot screw, spring, washer and O-ring.

Check each jet for wear or damage.
Check the pilot screw for wear or damage.
Clean the jets with cleaning solvent and blow open
with compressed air.

CARBURETOR CLEANING
Remove the following:
-
air cut-off valve
-
thronle valve
-
accelerator p u m p
-
main iet, needle holder, needle jet and slow jet
- pilot screw.
CAUTION:
Cleaning the air and fuel passages with a piece o f
wire will the carburetor body.
Blow open all air and fuel passages in the carburetor
body with compressed air.
