CYLINDER

Install the bearing setting pins, spring and plunger,
being careful not to drop them into the crankcase.

Route the cam cnain tnrough the

head and

instal. the cylinoer head onto the cylinder.

HEAD

Apply oil to the cylinder head nut threads and seating

surfaces.

Install the cylinder head nuts with the washers and

tighten them in

crisscross pattern in 2 or 3 steps.

Note the position

the large washer.

TOROUE:

Install and tighten the spark plug.

INSTALLATION

Lubricate the

bearing with oil.

Install the

bearings with the sealed side
