REAR
REMOVAL
Remove the rear axle (page
Support the swingarm and remove the following:
-screw and brake hose clamp
- bolt and brake hosellock cable clamp
-shock absorber lower mounting nut and bolt
-shock link-to-swingarm nut and bolt
- swingarm pivot nut and bolt
- swingarm from the frame
- dust seal caps and outer dust seals
-under cover and chain slider if necessary.
INSPECTION
to
lose
the needle
rollers
of
the
bearing.
Remove the pivot collars and check the needle bear-
ings, pivot collars and dust seals for wear or damage.

INNER DUST
SLIDER COLLARS
BEARING REPLACEMENT
EDLE
Remove the inner dust seals.
Press the needle bearing and thrust bushing
out of
the swingarm.
