Note:
Once the electrodes have been secured on the skin, attach the color-coded wires on the patient cable
to appropriate electrode.
Shown above is a left sided setup; right sided is also acceptable.
Place electrodes at the side farthest from the surgical area.
Step 4: connect lead wires to CSM Plug-in box
Make sure that the lead wires of CSM is well connected. Connecting one end to the electrode and another end
to CSM Plug-in box.
16.5 Changing CSM Settings
Select “Menu”  “CSM” to enter into CSM related setting.

The latest event
: the latest event can be “General”, “Intubation”, “Surgery”, “Note”, “Movement”, “Induc-
tion”, “Maintenance”, “Injection” and “End Maintenance”.
• Renumber : renumber the current selected event type.
• EEG Range : set the EEG amplitude range, the range is 20, 40, 80 and 160, the default is 80.
