
Installation Overview
1.
Power down and disconnect the VNM EC 200 and all devices.

Mount the controller (see

Connect a control PC to the VNM EC 200 and configure the controller (see

EC 200 Rear Panel Reset
The
Reset
button on the rear panel (see
J
, on page 8) returns the EC 200
to default states depending on the reset mode. As shown in the reset mode summary
below, each reset affects different configurations and local files, resetting some to factory
condition and retaining others. The reset modes are used when the device IP address has
been forgotten, when improper operation is detected, and when it is desired to start a new
configuration.
To enter each reset mode, see the reset mode chart in figure 8.
NOTES:
•
Each reset mode is a separate reset (not a continuation from mode 4 to mode 5).
•
For information on resetting the EC 200 using SIS commands, see
page 229 of the Command and Response Tables.

desired to start over with a new
configuration.
