Sending commands using Dataviewer
1. Connect the control PC to the EC 200 using the front panel Config Port.
2. Start DataViewer (see Start the Dataviewer program on page 230) and follow the
steps to connect to the EC 200 via USB.
3.
Click OK . The Communication Setup dialog closes.
4. The main DataViewer dialog opens and the EC 200 responds with a copyright
statement containing the model number, part number, and current firmware version of
the connected EC 200, along with the date (see figure 189,

).
