The
Network
page (see figure 15) configures the primary physical (LAN A [eth0]) IP address
of the VNM EC 200.

The following fields are available for configuration.

IP Address
— Enter a valid IP address into this field.

Netmask
— Enter a valid subnet mask into this field.

Gateway
— Enter a valid gateway address into this field.
NOTE:
The
gateway
address
field is only required if devices are on different
subnets.

MTU
— Enter a valid MTU into this field.
NOTE:
The default value of
1500
in the
MTU
field is the correct setting for most
systems.

HTTPS/SSL
— The HTTPS/SSL and HLI (SSL) section displays ports that are active
when the EC 200 is running. These settings are read only and cannot be changed. Port
values are shown whether the EC 200 is running in secure or unsecure mode.

HLI (SSH)
— SSH port when the EC 200 is running in secure mode. The port displays
one of two values:
•
9996 when not in secure mode.
•
22 when in secure mode.

eth0 MAC address (LAN A)
— This field details the Media Access Control (MAC)
address assigned to the primary LAN A (eth0) IP address. This field cannot be modified.

eth1 MAC address (LAN B)
— This field details the MAC address assigned to the
secondary LAN B (eth1) IP address. This field cannot be modified.
