Installing the New Syringe

Refer to

Figure 5-2

when installing the new syringe.

1. Screw the new syringe into

the valve.

2. Pull the syringe plunger

down to the plunger holder
assembly.

3. Screw the syringe plunger

into place.

4. Slide the plunger lock screw

through the plunger buttons
and fasten to the carriage.

NOTE Make sure the

plunger lock screw is
securely tightened
and the plunger
button is free to move
on the plunger lock
screw.
