Cause:
Chromeleon is unable to communicate with the autosampler.
To troubleshoot:
1. Check that the cable between the AS-HV and the Chromeleon PC is
firmly connected and screwed into place.
2. Initialize the AS-HV. (Turn off the power, wait 10 seconds, and turn on
the power again.)
3. Stop the Chromeleon server; after 30 seconds, restart the server. If the
message appears again, contact Dionex for assistance.
Cause:
A problem with the AS-HV electronics.
To troubleshoot:
Contact Dionex for assistance.
Cause:
The AS-HV firmware selected values for the stepper motor parameters that
are too large for the amount of available memory.
To troubleshoot:
Initialize the AS-HV. (Turn off the power, wait 10 seconds, and turn on the
power again.) If the message appears again, contact Dionex for assistance.
AS-HV device error->disconnect.
AS-HV EEPROM read error.
AS-HV EEPROM write error.
AS-HV profile length too large.
