As shown in Figure 2–33, the strobe may partially illuminate the current field in which the trigger and flash occur,
and must continue to illuminate the full frame (two fields for interlaced video) following after the field in which the
strobe light fires. The field in which the strobe light fires is not useable.

Figure 2–34 shows the effect when the trigger occurs coincident with Vsync. In this case, the camera has already
begun a camera transfer and the strobe light must be delayed past this region. The acquire still does not start until the
next vertical blank.
From Figures 2–33 and 2–34 it can be seen that when using strobes, the region from one Vsync falling edge to the
next Vsync falling edge is the region to fire a strobe for the next fields to be acquired.
