3.5.1.10 Acquisition Field Status (AMFLDSTAT) R-O
The AMFLDSTAT bit reflects the current field of the video input from the AM interface, used to a frame the video
input to memory.

3.5.1.11 Input Data Format (INMODE) R/W
The two INMODE bits define the data format of the image and how data is packed and stored in the image memory.
The 8-bit modes store data as four bytes or four pixels per DWORD. In 8-bit mode, the Input LUT must be pro-
grammed to output pixel data on bits 11–4 out of the LUT. Bits 15–12 and 3–0 of the LUT output are ignored in 8-bit
mode. In 12-bit mode, all 16 bits of the LUT output are stored. The application can program the LUTs for any data
shift or normalization; however the Bus Master Controller pad, zoom, decimate and byte shift modes assume valid
pixel data is positioned on bits 11–0. See also to “LUT Programming” on page 3–61.
