6.1 TRASPORTO E SCARICO DELLA
PERFORATRICE
La
PERFORATRICE
è installata su un veicolo cingolato
e pertanto il trasporto su strada normalmente av-
viene tramite motrice con semirimorchio ribassato
munito di rampe.
per i trasferimenti da cantiere a can
tiere il personale responsabile del tra-
sporto della macchina deve assicurarsi che:
• il mezzo di trasporto sia idoneo ed abbia una
portata superiore al peso della perforatrice.
• onde evitare pericolosi spostamenti, la
macchina e le sue parti mobili (ad esempio:
quadro comandi mobile, falchetto pieghevo-
le, penetrometro, ecc.) devono essere oppor-
tunamente bloccate;
• che il carico sia distribuito equamente e
ben fissato.
• la testa di rotazione deve essere collo-
cata a finecorsa inferiore (vicino alle morse).
ATTENZIONE! La configurazione di tra-
sporto deve essere sempre effettua-
ta con l’articolazione della macchina nella po-
sizione indicata in figura 01. SEGUIRE LE FREC-
CE ROSSE DI AIUTO PER UN CORRETTO
POSIZIONAMENTO DEL MAST E DEL CARRELLO
PORTA TESTA (fig.01A).
Per le operazioni di estensione e
chiusura del mast (falchetto pighevole)
leggere attentamente il capitolo 6.10 - 6.11.
Durante la fase di posizionamento in
orizzontale del mast per il trasporto, pre-
stare attenzione che le funi degli argani di servi-
zio non vengano schiacciate tra mast e supporto
mast e che queste non siano tese ma allentate,
onde evitare danni alla macchina.
In fase di trasporto è assolutamente
vietato lasciare aste e utensili di per-
forazione montati sulla testa di rotazione e/o
sui caricatori applicati sul mast. Rimuovere le
aste dalla testa di rotazione e dal caricatore
(se presente) prima di salire con la macchi-
na sul mezzo di trasporto.
Prima di scaricare la macchina dal
mezzo di trasporto, eliminare le le-
gature di funi o catene di acciaio. Nella
Fig.n°01 viene mostrato il fissaggio mediante
funi della Perforatrice al mezzo di trasporto.
6.1 TRANSPORTING AND UNLOADING
THE DRILL RIG
The
DRILL RIG
is fitted on a tracked vehicle and con-
sequently road transport is normally done with a
prime mover with lowered semi-trailer featuring
ramps.
For transporting from one worksite
to another, the persons in charge of
machine transport should make sure that:
• the means of transport is suitable and has
a load capacity above the machine weight.
• to prevent dangerous movements, the
machine and its movable parts (eg: mobile
control panel, turning crown block,
penetrometer, etc.) must be properly
secured;
• the load should be well distributed and
secured.
•the rotary head must be placed at the
lower side of the Mast (close to the clamps).
ATTENTION: The transportation
configuration always must be
carried out with the machine articulation
positioned as show in picture 01.FOLLOW THE
RED HELPING ARROWS FOR CORRECT
PLACEMENT OF THE MAST AND ROTARY
ROLLER CARRIAGE (fig.01A).
For the operations of extension /
closing of the crown block of the
mast read carefully the chapter 6.10 – 6.11.
During the horizontal positioning of
the mast for transport, ensure that the
cables of the service winches will not be crushed
between the mast and the mast support and that
they are not stretched, but loose, in order to avoid
damage to the machine.
During transportation, it's absolutely
forbidden to leave rods and drilling
tools mounted on the rotary head and/or on
the rod loaders attached to the mast. Remove
the rods from the rotary head and from the
rod loader (if any) before loading the
machine on the means of transport.
Before unloading the drill rig from
the means of transport, eliminate the
securing cables and steel chains. Fig.01
shows the Drill rig secured to the means of
transport by means of cables.
