9.8.22 VERIFICA COPPIE DI SERRAGGIO
BULLONERIA
Assicurarsi prima di effettua-
re qualsiasi intervento di controllo o manu-
tenzione a bordo macchina che il motore sia
spento e la chiave di accensione sia
disinserita (fig.01 part.1).
Scollegare la batteria, agendo
sula maniglia di disabilitazione (fig.02 part.1).
Esporre in prossimità delle consol di
comando il cartello “MACCHINA IN
MANUTENZIONE - NON AVVIARE”.
Controllare le coppie di serraggio dei bulloni sog-
getti a maggiori sollecitazioni per esempio:
#
accoppiamento martello idraulico sullatesta
di rotazione
#
accoppiamento trascinatore girevole sulla
testa di rotazione
#
accoppiamento mandrino sulla testa di ro-
tazione
#
accoppiamento ralla rotazione mast
#
accoppiamento lardoni supporto mast
#
accoppiamento su motore diesel
#
accoppiamento di tutte le viti soggette a vi-
brazioni e sollecitazioni gravose
Se necessario ripristinare il valore utilizzando una
chiave dinamometrica, interpellando l’ufficio assi-
stenza tecnica della COMACCHIO che sarà a vo-
stra disposizione per fornirvi i valori da ripristinare a
seconda dell’intervento.

9.8.22 CHECK THE NUTS AND BOLTS
TORQUE WRENCH SETTINGS
Before doing any inspection or
maintenance jobs on board the machine,
make sure the engine has been switched off
and the ignition key has been removed
(fig.01 detail 1).
Disconnect the battery by means
of the disabling handle (fig.02 detail 1).
Hang up a notice near the control
panel indicating “MACHINE BEING
SERVICED - DO NOT START”.
Check the torque wrench settings of the bolts most
subject to stress, for instance:
#
hydraulic hammer torque on the rotary drill
head
#
dragger swivel torque on the rotary drill head
#
spindle torque on the rotary drill head
#
thrust bearing mast rotation torque
#
mast gib support torque
#
diesel engine torque
#
torque on all screws subjected to vibrations
and high performance
If necessary, reset the setting using a torque meter,
and contact the COMACCHIO after-sales depart-
ment, which is at your complete disposal to pro-
vide you with the settings according to the type of
job to be done.
