Azionare la rotazione sinistra e scollegare
completamente la prima asta dalla secon-
da. (prestare attenzione a recuperare la cor-
sa del filetto).
7)
Bloccare la prima asta tramite la morsa su-
periore.
8)
Azionare la rotazione sinistra e con cautela
sbloccare la prima asta dalla testa di rotazio-
ne sfilando completamente il filetto.
9)
L’operatore deve attendere l’interven-
to dell’aiutante
senza eseguire alcuna ope-
razione.
10)
A questo punto, l’aiutante mediante idonei
mez-zi in base al peso dell’asta, impugna la
stessa.
11)
L’operatore sblocca la prima asta rientran-
do la morsa superiore.
ATTENZIONE!! PERICOLO DI
SCHIACCIAMENTO DEGLI ARTI SUPERIORI.
12)
L’aiutante rimuove la prima asta, si porta in
posizione di sicurezza lontano dal mast di
perforazione.
13)
A questo punto l’operatore può avanzare
con la testa di rotazione tramite il comando
avanzamento rapido
fino ad imboccare
l’asta infissa nel terreno (seconda asta).
14)
L’operatore attiva la rotazione destra ed im-
boccare il filetto maschio della testa sul filet-
to femmina dell’asta.
15)
L’operatore sblocca l’asta rientrando la mor-
sa inferiore.
16)
Ripetere le operazioni dal punto 1 al 15 fino
al completamento dell’operazione di
recupero aste.
N.B. Se durante la perforazione
dovesse presentarsi la necessita, di
cambiare la marcia della testa di rotazione,
l’operatore deve assolutamente assicurarsi
prima di effettuare il cambio, che la testa di
rotazione non giri o non sia sotto sforzo, que-
sto per evitare di danneggiare gli ingranaggi
della stessa.
Non avvicinarsi MAI alla batteria di
aste quando è in rotazione. Una inosservan-
za di questa disposizione può causare lesio-
ni gravissime al personale addetto alla per-
foratrice.

Command left rotation and completely dis-
connect the first rod from the second. (Make
sure you recover the thread stroke).
7)
Secure the first rod by means of the upper
clamp.
8)
Command left rotation and carefully release
the first rod from the rotary drill head by com-
pletely removing the thread.
9)
The operator should wait for the help
of the assistant
without performing any op-
eration.
10)
At this point, the assistant should grip the rod
using means suitable for the weight of the rod.
11)
The operator releases the first rod by retract-
ing the upper clamp.

The assistant removes the first rod and moves
to safety position away from the drilling mast.
13)
At this point, the operator can move forwards
with the rotary drill head by means of the fast
feed control until insertion is made into the
rod fastened in the ground (second rod).
14)
The operator starts right rotation until the fe-
male thread of the head is fitted into the male
thread of the rod.
15)
The operator releases the rod by retracting
the lower clamp.
16)
Repeat the operation from point 1 to 15 until
the rod recovery operation is completed.
NOTE: If, during drilling, the need
arises to change rotary drill head
speed, the operator must make sure before
changing speed that the rotary drill head is
not turning or under stress, (in order to avoid
damaging the gears of the head) and that
no one is performing operations on the drill
rig.
NEVER approach the battery of rods
when this is rotating. Failure to abide by this
regulation could cause serious injuries to drill
rig operators.
