Inserire la cartuccia con il cestello nel corpo
(fug.11part.3) . Prima di chiudere il coperchio
(fig.11 part.2), assicurarsi che la guarnizione
O-Ring (fig.11 part.4) sia integra, lubrifican-
dola con qualche goccia d'olio.
11)
Serrare le quattro viti a brugola (fig.11 part.1)
a croce , applicando una coppia di
serraggio di 40 Nm.
9.8.9 MANUTENZIONE CIRCUITO
IDRAULICO
Assicurarsi prima di effettuare
qualsiasi intervento di controllo o manuten-
zione a bordo macchina che il motore sia
spento e la chiave di accensione sia
disinserita (fig.01 part.1).
Scollegare la batteria, agen-
do sula maniglia di disabilitazione (fig.02
part.1).
Esporre in prossimità delle consol di
comando il cartello “MACCHINA IN MANU-
TENZIONE - NON AVVIARE”.
La manutenzione ordinaria del circuito idraulico
consiste essenzialmente nelle seguenti operazioni:
1)
Controllare l'efficienza delle tubazioni idrau-
liche flessibili e rigide , qualora siano danneg-
giate provvedere alla loro sostituzione utiliz-
zando tubazioni aventi le stesse caratteristi-
che di quelle montate in origine.
2)
Verificare che non ci siano perdite in corri-
spondenza di tubi o raccordi , provvedere al
fissaggio degli stessi.
3)
Controllare che tutti I comandi siano efficienti
e che le leve di comando non siano dan-
neggiate e che le targhette di identificazio-
ne dei comandi siano in buono stato e leggi-
bili. Qualora sia necessario provvedere al ri-
pristino.
4)
Controllare che tutti I manometri siano inte-
gri e funzionali , qualora necessario provve-
dere al ripristino.

Insert the cartridge with the basket into the
body (fig. 11 detail 3). Before closing the cap
(fig. 11 detail 2), make sure the O-Ring gasket
(fig. 11 detail 4) is in order, and lubricate it
with a few drops of oil.
11)
Tighten the four Allen screws crosswise (fig.
11 detail 1), and apply a 40 Nm tightening
coupling.
9.8.9 HYDRAULIC CIRCUIT
MAINTENANCE
Before doing any control or
maintenance jobs on board the machine,
make sure the engine has been turned off and
the ignition key has been removed (fig.01
detail 1).
Disconnect the battery by
means of the disabling handle (fig.02 detail
1).
Hang up a notice near the control
panel indicating “MACHINE BEING SERVICED
- DO NOT START”.
Routine maintenance of the hydraulic circuit basi-
cally consists of the following operations:
1)
Check the efficiency of the flexible and rigid
hydraulic tubes. If they are damaged,
replace them with tubes that have the same
characteristics as the original ones.
2)
Check for leaks from the tubes or joints, and
fasten them.
3)
Make sure that all commands are working
properly, that the control levers have not
been damaged, and that the control
identification plaques are in good state and
legible. Replace as necessary.
4)
Make sure that all pressure gauges are
unbroken and functional, replace as
necessary.
