4.3.2 POSIZIONI DI LAVORO CONSENTITE:
MACCHINA CON GRUPPO
IMPUNTAMENTO RALLA(OPT)
Di seguito vengono descritte e illustrate le varie po-
sizioni risultate compatibili con la verifica delle nor-
me sopra descritte che sono consentite e che si
riescono ad eseguire tramite le varie articolazioni
della macchina.
Stabilizzare la macchina allargando
e abbassando gli stabilizzatori ante-
riori e posteriori. Assicurarsi che gli stabilizza-
tori appoggino su un terreno stabile e sicuro.
Per eseguire la stabilizzazione della macchi-
na Stabilizzazione macchina.
Quando la macchina è dotata di cingoli
allargabili, la fase di lavoro deve essere svol-
ta con i cingoli posizionati nella loro massi-
ma estensione (ove possibile).
Nelle operazioni di lavoro e
posizionamento si DEVE, ove possi-
bile, tenere la controslitta aperta (il marti-
netto di scorrimento mast tutto aperto) per
diminuire così le sollecitazioni dei martinet-
ti.
Verificare l’inclinazione mediante gli
inclinometri montati sul mast.
LE FASI DI POSIZIONAMENTO DEL MAST DE-
VONO ESSERE EFFETTUATE CON LA TESTA DI RO-
TAZIONE COLLOCATA A FINE CORSA INFERIO-
RE (VICINO ALLE MORSE)!

Mast posizionato verticalmente. Punto di perfora-
zione dall’asse del cingolo macchina di 1000 mm.
Possibilità di inclinare il mast verso il fronte
della macchina fino a un massimo di 8° con
corsa inferiore a 2600 mm (A).
B-C)
Possibilità di inclinare il mast verso il retro del-
la macchina fino a un massimo di:
• 15° se la macchina è dotata di mast con
corsa maggiore di 2600 mm (B) o/e equipag-
giata con prolunga falchetto >500mm (Fig.
6A part.A) e/o gruppo penetrometro (Fig. 6A
part.B);
• 45° se la macchina è dotata di mast con
corsa inferiore a 2600 mm (C).
È vietato posizionare il mast con una
inclinazione maggiore di 15° se la
corsa utile della testa è superiore a 2600mm!
4.3.2 PERMITTED OPERATING POSITIONS:
MACHINE WITH MAST RAISE ASSEMBLY
WITH TURNTABLE-REDUCER (OPTIONAL)
Various positions are described and illustrated
below which are compatible with the above
indicated regulations. These are allowed and can
be performed by means of the various machine
articulations.
Stabilise the drill rig by extending
and lowering the front and rear
stabiliser jacks. Make sure the stabiliser
jacks are resting on stable and sound
ground. For machine stabilising, Machine
stabilising.
When the machine is equipped with a variable
width undercarriage, the drilling stage can be
performed only with the tracks positioned with
their largest width (where possible).
In the work operations and
positioning, if possible, the mast
support frame MUST be opened (the jack of
sliding mast opened) to decrease the load
on the jacks.
Check the inclination by means of the
inclinometers mounted on the mast.
THE DIFFERENT STEPS OF POSITIONING THE
MAST HAVE TO BE PERFORMED WITH THE
ROTARY HEAD AT THE END OF THE STROKE
(NEXT TO THE CLAMPS)!

It is possible to tilt the mast of maximum 8°
towards the front of the machine with a mast
feed stroke less than 2600 mm (A).
B-C)
It is possible to tilt the mast towards the back
of the machine up to a maximum of:
• 15° if the machine is equipped with a mast
feed stroke longer than 2600 mm (B) and/or
equipped with crown blok extension >500mm
(Fig. 6A part.A) and/or S.P.T. assembly (Fig.
6A part.B);
• 45° if the machine is equipped with a mast
feed stroke less than 2600 mm (C);
It is forbidden to place the mast with
an inclination greater than 15° if the
feed stroke of the head is greater than 2600mm!
