CIRCUITO ARIA-ACQUA-FANGHI
PNEUMATIC-WATER-SLURRY CIRCUIT
A.1 PREMESSA
In molti casi l’attività di perforazione necessita del-
l’utilizzo di aria, acqua e fanghi per permettere la
lubrificazione dell’utensile, la risalita del materiale
di scavo, l’abbattimento delle polveri e la stabili-
tà del foro. Per garantire queste lavorazioni la mac-
china può essere dotata di circuito aria-acqua-fan-
ghi.
Attenzione, per il corretto fun-
zionamento dell’impianto aria-acqua-
fanghi leggere attentamente le seguen-
ti istruzioni.
La Comacchio srl non è respon-
sabile di eventuali danni provocati alla
macchina o a terzi dovuti all’inosser-
vanza delle seguenti disposizioni.
In caso di variazioni nei com-
ponenti dell’impianto aria-acqua-fan-
ghi, consultare l’assistenza tecnica del-
la Comacchio srl.
Prima di iniziare le opera-
zioni di perforazione, leggere attenta-
mente quanto riportato nelle targhette
identificative e nei manuali dei produt-
tori dei singoli componenti costituenti
l’impianto aria-acqua-fanghi.
Il circuito aria-acqua-fanghi è composto general-
mente dai seguenti componenti:

Lubrificatore (fig.01 pos 1) che immette olio
nebulizzato nel sistema.
·
Pompa acqua-schiumogeno (Foam) (fig.01 pos
2), può essere dotata di kit di lavaggio ad alta
pressione (fig.01 pos.3).
·
Pompa fanghi-acqua(fig.01 pos 4), può
immetere nel sistema acqua, schiumogeni
oppure fanghi (fig.01 pos.3).
·
Saracinesche idrauliche (fig.01 pos 5)
·
Valvole di non ritorno (fig.01 pos 6)
·
Valvole di massima per la limitazione della
pressione (fig.01 pos 7).
·
Tubazioni per fluidi in pressione con relativa in-
dicazione sulla massima pressione ammissibile
(fig.01 pos 8).
A.1 INTRODUCTION
In many cases, the drilling operation requires the
use of air, water and slurry to allow the tool to be
lubricated, the excavated material to be brought
up, the dust to be controlled and the excavation
hole to be stabilised. To allow the machine to carry
out these operations, it must be equipped with a
pneumatic-water-slurry circuit.

the pneumatic-water-slurry circuit, le
following instructions must be carefully
read.

Should the pneumatic-water-
slurry circuit components be modified,
call the Comacchio srl technical
support.
Before starting the drilling
operationis, carefully read the
instructions printed on the identification
plates and in the manuals supplied by
the manufacturers of the single
components of the pneumatic-water-
slurry circuit.
The pneumatic-water-slurry circuit is generally made
up of the following components:

Lubricator (fig.01 item 1), which sprays oil inside
the system.
·
The water-foam pump (fig.01 item 2), can be
fitted with a high pressure washing kit (fig.01
item 3).
·
The slurry-water pump (fig.01 item 4), can spray
water, foam or slurry inside the system (fig.01
item 3).
·
Hydraulic shutters (fig.01 item 5)
·
Non-return valves (fig.01 item 6)
·
Pressure relief valves (fig.01 item 7).
·
Pipes for pressurised fluids with associated
maximum allowable pressure indicator (fig.01
item 8).
