2.3 OBBLIGHI E DOVERI DEI
LAVORATORI
I lavoratori devono:
a)
osservare, oltre le presenti norme, le misure
disposte dal datore di lavoro ai fini della si-
curezza individuale e collettiva;
b)
usare con cura i dispositivi di sicurezza e gli
altri mezzi di protezione predisposti o forniti
dal datore di lavoro;
c)
segnalare immediatamente al datore di la-
voro, al dirigente o ai preposti le deficienze
dei dispositivi e dei mezzi di sicurezza e di pro-
tezione, nonché le altre eventuali condizioni
di pericolo di cui venissero a conoscenza,
adoperandosi direttamente, in caso di urgen-
za e nell'ambito delle loro competenze e pos-
sibilità, per eliminare o ridurre dette deficien-
ze o pericoli;
d)
non rimuovere o modificare i dispositivi e gli
altri mezzi di sicurezza e di protezione senza
averne ottenuta l'autorizzazione;
e)
non compiere, di propria iniziativa, operazio-
ni o manovre che non siano di loro compe-
tenza e che possano compromettere la si-
curezza propria o di altre persone.
2.4 PERSONALE QUALIFICATO
Per
PERSONALE QUALIFICATO
si intendono quelle
persone che per la loro formazione, esperienza e
istruzione, nonché le conoscenze delle relative nor-
me e prescrizioni sono stati autorizzati dal respon-
sabile della sicurezza dell’impianto ad eseguire
qualsiasi necessaria attività ed in questa essere in
grado di riconoscere ed evitare ogni possibile pe-
ricolo.

2.3 OBLIGATIONS AND DUTIES OF
WORKERS
The workers must:
a)
not only observe these regulations, but also
the measures implemented by the employer
for purposes of individual and collective
safety;
b)
carefully use the safety devices and other
means of protection provided or supplied by
the employer;
c)
immediately inform the employer, executive
or person in charge of any problems affecting
the safety devices and means, as well as any
other hazard conditions of which they
become aware, and directly do all possible,
in case of urgency and within the scope of
their duties and possibilities, to eliminate or
reduce such problems or hazards;
d)
not remove or modify the devices and other
safety and protection means without being
authorised to do so;
e)
not perform, on their own initiative, operations
that are not part of their duties and which
could jeopardise their safety or that of other
people.
2.4
PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL
By
PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL
are meant those per-
sons who on the basis of their training, experience
and education, as well as knowledge of relevant
regulations and provisions have been authorised
by the system safety manager to perform any nec-
essary activities and are thus able to recognise and
avoid all possible hazards.
