MANUTENZIONE FUNI
Assicurarsi prima di effettuare
qualsiasi intervento di controllo o manuten-
zione a bordo macchina che il motore sia
spento e la chiave di accensione sia
disinserita (fig.01 part.1).
Scollegare la batteria, agen-
do sula maniglia di disabilitazione (fig.02
part.1).
Esporre in prossimità delle consol di
comando il cartello “MACCHINA IN MANU-
TENZIONE - NON AVVIARE”.
QUANDO SOSTITUIRE LA FUNE
Ove possibile, tutte le parti visibili della fune dovran-
no essere sottoposte ad esame visivo giornalmen-
te, allo scopo di individuare il deterioramento ge-
nerale e la deformazione.
Ogni variazione avvertibile e sospetta dovrà esse-
re segnalata e seguita da una verifica della fune
stessa da parte di una persona competente. Per
determinare la frequenza delle verifiche periodiche,
che devono venire effettuate da persone qualifi-
cate, si deve prendere in considerazione una serie
di fattori:

Il tipo di apparecchio e l'ambiente in cui
opera.
#
La classificazione dell'apparecchio.
#
La durata in servizio della fune, paragonata
con la durata delle funi usate in preceden-
za.
#
I risultati delle verifiche precedenti.
#
Le disposizioni di legge previste per
l'aparecchio.
In linea di massima la fune si deve sostituire quan-
do:
#
In presenza di un coefficiente di utilizzazione
inferiore a 5 , ha perso il 5% del carico di rot-
tura.
#
In presenza di un coefficiente di utilizzazione
5, o superiore, ha perso il 10% del carico di
rottura.

9.8.11 CABLE MAINTENANCE
Before doing any control or
maintenance jobs on board the machine,
make sure the engine has been turned off and
the ignition key has been removed (fig.01
detail 1).
Disconnect the battery by
means of the disabling handle (fig.02 detail
1).
Hang up a notice near the control
panel indicating “MACHINE BEING SERVICED
- DO NOT START”.
WHEN TO CHANGE THE CABLE
Wherever possible, all the visible parts of the cable
should undergo a daily sight check to determine
any general deterioration and deformation.
Any noticeable and suspected change should be
notified and followed by an inspection of the ca-
ble by a competent person. To determine the fre-
quency of periodical checks, to be performed by
competent personnel, take into account a series
of factors:

The type of equipment and the environment
in which it operates.
#
The classification of the equipment.
#
The length of time the cable has been oper-
ating, compared to the life of the cables pre-
viously used.
#
The results of the previous inspections.
#
The legal provisions for the machine.
Generally speaking, the cable should be changed
when:
#
There is a load factor below 5 and it has lost
5% of its breaking load.
#
There is a load factor of 5, or more and it has
lost 10% of its breaking load.
