9.8.14B VERIFICA STATO CATENA
Approfittare della verifica giornaliera per control-
lare la presenza di eventuali segni di usura o di cor-
rosione che possano compromettere l’integrità e
la sicurezza della catena (vedere tabella).
In tal
caso sarà necessario sostituire immediatamente
la catena o il tratto di catena danneggiato
(vede-
re capitolo successivo “Sostituzione catena”).
Verificare inoltre che i dadi e/o le copiglie di sicu-
rezza dei perni di giunzione delle maglie siano inte-
gri e correttamente inseriti nella loro sede.
9.8.14C TENSIONAMENTO CATENA
VERIFICA DEL TENSIONAMENTO DELLA CATENA
La catena, con il passare del tempo, a causa del-
l’usura, subisce un allungamento che deve essere
compensato. Il tirante presente sulla parte ante-
riore del carrello porta testa (Fig.21 pos. 1) può es-
sere regolato a seconda delle necessità agendo
sui dadi che lo tengono solidale allo stesso.
La catena correttamente tensionata deve avere
una tensione tale da mantenerla pressoché rettili-
nea, rimanendo comunque leggermente elastica,
senza formare eccessive oscillazioni.
VERIFICA TENSIONE:
·
Posizionare la macchina con il mast in posi-
zione verticale.
·
Spostare il carrello porta testa al finecorsa
superiore.
·
Azionare il comando “spostamento laterale
testa” per spostare la testa completamente
verso destra
·
Verificare che la catena sia correttamente
tensionata, come descritto precedentemen-
te.
TENSIONAMENTO:
·
Posizionare la macchina con il mast in posi-
zione orizzontale.
·
Spostare il carrello porta testa al finecorsa
superiore.
·
Azionare il comando “spostamento laterale
testa” per spostare la testa completamente
verso destra.
·
Provvedere al tensionamento della catena
regolando la posizione del tirante mediante
il dado pos.1 fig.21 in modo tale da garanti-
re la corretta tensione.
9.8.14B CHECKING CHAIN CONDITION
Take advantage of the daily verification to check
for any signs of wear or corrosion that could com-
promise the integrity and safety of the chain (see
table).
In this case, you should immediately replace
the chain or the damaged part of the chain
(see
following chapter "Chain replacement").
Also make sure that the nuts and / or the hairpin
cotter of the chain pins are intact and correctly
placed in their seats.
9.8.14C CHAIN TENSIONING
CHECKING CHAIN TENSION
As time passes, because of wear, the chain tends
to become longer and this lengthening must be
compensated. The tie-rod on the front of the head
slide (Fig.21 pos.1) can be regulated according to
need by means of the retention nuts.
The chain properly tensioned must have a tension
such as to maintain itself nearly rectilinear, remain-
ing slightly elastic, without forming excessive oscil-
lations.
CHECKING TENSION:
·
Position the machine with the mast vertical.
·
Shift the head slide to upper end of stroke.

Operate the lever “head side shifting” to shift
the head completely to the right
·
Check that the chain is properly tensioned,
as described above.
TENSIONING:
·
Position the machine with the mast horizon-
tal.
·
Shift the head slide to upper end of stroke.

Operate the lever “head side shifting” to shift
the head completely to the right
·
Tension the chain by adjusting the position of
the tie-rod by means of the nut pos.1 fig.21 in
order to ensure the proper tension.
