9.8.17 MANUTENZIONE GIREVOLE
D'ADUZZIONE
Assicurarsi prima di effettuare
qualsiasi intervento di controllo o manuten-
zione a bordo macchina che il motore sia
spento e la chiave di accensione sia
disinserita (fig.01 part.1).
Scollegare la batteria, agen-
do sula maniglia di disabilitazione (fig.02
part.1).
Esporre in prossimità delle consol di
comando il cartello “MACCHINA IN MANU-
TENZIONE - NON AVVIARE”.
Per un corretto funzionamento della girevole di
adduzzione è sufficente provvedere ogni giorno
all'ingrassaggio dei cuscinetti come raffigurato nella
fig. 28.
Approfittare di questa operazione per verificare il
serraggio delle viti dei raccordi, delle manichette
applicate e il fissaggio del girevole di adduzzione
stesso.
Qualora si notasse un allentamento
del girevole di adduzzione dalla te-
sta di rotazione, NON procedere con la per-
forazione ma provvedere immediatamente
al fissaggio dello stesso in modo da evitare
danni alla macchina e/o incidenti.
Impiegare i lubrificanti indi-
cati al capitolo 9.11.5 in
funzione della temperatu-
ra ambiente.

9.8.17 REVOLVING FEED UNIT
MAINTENANCE
Before doing any inspection
or maintenance jobs on board the machine,
make sure the engine has been switched off
and the ignition key has been removed
(fig.01 detail 1).
Disconnect the battery by
means of the disabling handle (fig.02 detail
1).
Hang up a notice near the control
panel indicating “MACHINE BEING SERVICED
- DO NOT START”.
To ensure the correct operation of the revolving
feed unit, simply grease the bearings every day as
shown in fig. 28.
At the same time of this operation make sure the
screws of the unions and hoses are tight and the
fixing of the feed swivel itself.
In case the feed swivel is a little
unscrewed from the rotary head,
DON’T proceed with the drilling operations,
but provide immediately with the fixing of the
feed swivel to avoid damage to the machine,
equipment and people.
Use the lubricants shown in
chapter 9.11.5 depending on
ambient temperature.
