9.4.4 Neutralizing
After the sediment solution process has been
terminated, flush the heating system with a
washing powder solution as neutralization.
1. Produce a lye with washing powder in the
solvent vessel.
2. Pump the lye into the heating system with the
feed pump in accordance with Section 9.4.3
until lye is fed back into the solvent vessel.
3. Rinse with clear feed water until the lye has
been removed from the system.
4. Remove the installation for dissolving the
sediment and remount the dismantled
connections and fittings.
5. Restart the steam generator in accordance
with regulations.
We recommend having the removal of
sediment carried out by an authorized CERTUSS
customer service. In many cases overhauling or
cleaning of the boiler feed pump is required
.

9.4.4 Neutralisieren
Nach Beendigung des Kesselsteinlösungsvor -
gangs das Heizsystem mit Waschpulverlösung zur
Neutralisierung gut durchspülen.
1. Im Lösemittelbehälter mit Waschpulver eine
Lauge erstellen.
2. Mit der Speisepumpe entsprechend 9.4.3 die
Lauge in das Heizsystem pumpen bis Lauge in
den Lösemittelbehälter wieder zurückgeführt
wird.
3. Mit klarem Kesselspeisewasser nachspülen bis
die Lauge aus dem System entfernt ist.
4. Die Installation zum lösen des Kesselsteins
wieder entfernen und die demontierten
Armaturen und Fittings wieder anbauen.
5. Dampfautomat nach Vorschrift wieder starten.
Wir empfehlen, das Entfernen von Kesselstein
durch einen autorisierten CERTUSS
Kundendienst ausführen zu lassen. In vielen
Fällen ist die Überholung oder Reinigung der
Kesselspeisepumpe erforderlich.
