Betriebsbedingungen für Speisewasser
Anforderungen an Kesselspeisewasser nach
Punkt 14.3 – Seite 95 beachten.
8.2
Prüfanweisungen für die Dampfanlage
Täglich, bei Betrieb ohne manuellen Eingriff
alle 3 Tage
1. Optische Kontrolle von Speise wasser -
zuführung/-regelung, Dampdruckanzeige/-
begrenzer, Temperaturanzeige/-begrenzer,
Geräte zur Sicherung der Wasserqualität und
der Feuerungseinrichtung.
2. Funktion Dampf-, Anfahr- und Abschlämm -
ventil am Kessel und, soweit vorhanden,
pneumatisch betätigte Ventile prüfen.
3. Speisewasserhärte (<0,1°dH), PH-Wert (8,5 –
9,5 bei 20°C) und Speisewassertemperatur
90 – 95°C) prüfen. Weitere Angaben siehe
14.3 Anforderungen an Kesselspeisewasser
Seite 95.
4. Funktion der Absalzung am Dampftrockner/-
verteiler prüfen. Temperatur hinter dem
Kondensatableiter muß über 100°C liegen.
5. Abschlämmventil am Dampftrockner/-verteiler
bei mehr als 3 bar Dampfdruck ca. 5 Sekunden
öffnen.
Monatlich
1 Funktion Dampfdruckbegrenzer (Punkt 8.4
Seite 64) und des Dampf-/Rauchgas tem -
peraturbegrenzers (Punkt 8.3 Seite 62) prüfen.
2. Funktion vorhandener Überwachungsgeräte
der Wasserqualität prüfen.
3. Optische Kontrolle drucktragender Teile wie
Flansche, Verschraubungen, Dichtungen usw.
Alle 6 Monate:
1. Funktion Sicherheitsventil prüfen.
2. Brennstoffdurchsatz und Speisewasser -
pumpenleistung durch autorisierten CERTUSS
Kundendienst prüfen lassen.
3. Funktion vorhandener Überwachungsgeräte
der Wasserqualität durch autorisierten
CERTUSS Kundendienst prüfen lassen.
4. Elektrische und mechanische Prüfung aller
Sicherungssysteme (Begrenzer/Regler) durch
autorisierten CERTUSS Kundendienst prüfen
lassen.
Alle 12 Monate:
1. Brennereinrichtung durch autorisierten
CERTUSS Kundendienst einmessen und prüfen
lassen.
2. Jährlich wiederkehrende Sicherheits tech nische
Prüfungen, je nach nationalen Vorschriften,
durch zugelassene Über wachungs stelle,
befähigter Person oder autorisierten CERTUSS
Kundendienst veranlassen.
Bei Dampfanlagen die ohne manuellen
Eingriff arbeiten
Die Durchführung von Kontrollen und
Prüfungen sowie Störungen sollten in einem
Logbuch eingetragen und vor Ort aufbewahrt
werden.
8.1
Operation conditions for feed water
Observe requirements for boiler feed water to
Section 14.3 – Page 95.
8.2
Testing instructions for steam plant
Daily, in case of operation without manual
intervention every 3 days
1. Visual inspection of feed water
supply/regulation, steam pressure
indicator/limiter, temperature
indicator/limiter, devices for ensuring the
water quality and the combustion unit.
2. Check the function of the steam, start-up and
blowdown valves at the boiler and, if existing,
pneumatically operated valves.
3. Check the feed water hardness (< 0.1°dH), pH
value (8.5 – 9.5 at 20 °C) and feed water
temperature (90 – 95 °C). For further
information see 14.3 Requirements for boiler
feed water, Page 95.
4. Check the function of the desalination at the
steam dryer/distributor. The temperature
behind the steam trap has to lie above 100 °C.
5. At more than 3 bars steam pressure open the
blowdown valve at the steam
dryer/distributor for approx. 5 seconds.
Monthly
1. Check the function of the steam pressure
limiter (Section 8.4, Page 64) and of the
steam/flue gas temperature limiter (Section
8.3, Page 62).
2. Check the function of the existing water
quality monitoring devices.
3. Visual inspection of pressure-bearing parts such
as flanges, screwed connections, seals, etc.
Every 6 months:
1. Check the safety valve function.
2. Have the fuel throughput rate and the feed
water pump output checked by an authorized
CERTUSS customer service.
3. Have the function of the water quality
monitoring devices checked by an authorized
CERTUSS customer service.
4. Have an electrical and mechanical check of the
safety systems (limiters/controllers) carried out
by an authorized CERTUSS customer service.
Every 12 months:
1. Have the burner equipment measured and
checked by an authorized CERTUSS customer
service.
2. Have the annual recurrent safety-specific
inspections carried out in accordance with
national regulations by approved inspection
agency, a qualified person or by an authorized
CERTUSS customer service.
For steam systems that operate without
manual intervention
The carrying out of checks and inspections as
well as faults should be entered in a log that is
kept on site.
