This unit complies with all applicable requirements. Compliance testing was
performed with application configurations commonly used for this device.
Preventive Maintenance
The

Matic is a self-contained electronic/mechanical system that requires minimal
regular maintenance.
As with all portable equipment, the mains connections to the system should be checked
at regular intervals, and the mains cable should be inspected for damage.
With exception to the PIPS
detector as discussed in the appendix
Technical Reference
on page 139 there are no internal adjustments or maintenance required.
Operating Protection Impairment
Mirion Technologies (Canberra) is not liable for any operational malfunctions or
personal injuries due to mishandling or unauthorized repair and maintenance not
detailed in this manual.
Cleaning/Decontamination
When needed, the unit may be cleaned. Turn
off
the unit and disconnect the power cord.
Use only a soft cloth dampened with warm water and do not allow water to enter the
unit. Make sure unit is fully dry before restoring power.
