Step 4
Install the Top Ring and secure the completed assembly using the four 5/8 in. - 11
x 14 in. bolts. Note that the 5/8 in. metal washer goes directly under the head of the
bolt and that the 5/8 in. fiber washer goes between the metal washer and the lead
assembly. Refer to Figure 40.
