Chapter 3 Setup Menu
Top Margin
The Top Margin menu item allows you to set the number of blank lines at top of report
page before printing starts. You can enter from zero to the number of lines per page
(see lines/page section); default value is 0.
To set the top margin:
1.
Press the
Setup
key.
2.
Using the arrow keys, position the cursor “>” to item “5” in the menu, Setup
Printer, and then press the
Ente
r key.
3.
Using the arrow keys, position the cursor “>” to item “4”, Top Margin, and
then press the
Enter
key.
4.
Enter the number of characters to define the top margin. Press the
Ente
r key to
accept and automatically advance to the next question in the Setup Printer
definition.
5.
If only the Top Margin is modified, pressing the
Cancel
key will return to the
Setup Printer Menu. Pressing
Cancel
a second time will return you to the
Setup menu.
Bottom Margin
The Bottom Margin menu item allows you to set the number of blank lines left at the
bottom of the report page. You can enter from zero to the number of lines per page (see
previous section); default value is 2.
To set the bottom margin:
1.
Press the
Setup
key.
2.
Using the arrow keys, position the cursor “>” to item “5” in the menu, Setup
Printer, and then press the
Enter
key.
3.
Using the arrow keys, position the cursor “>” to item “5”, Bottom Margin, and
then press the
Enter
key.
4.
Enter the number of characters to define the bottom margin. Press the
Enter
key to accept and automatically advance to the next question in the Setup
Printer definition.
5.
If only the Bottom Margin is modified, pressing the
Cancel
key will return to
the Setup Printer Menu. Pressing
Cancel
a second time will return you to the
Setup menu.
