Measurement Procedure 6.1
The following figure shows the basic measurement procedure.

Input clock signal to

(Ch A, Ch B, A, B, C or D) of
the Scope panel.
Set Symbol Rate.
Calibration

Perform calibration.
Set to Sampling mode.
Set Clock Frequency or
Clock Divide ratio.
Eye mode?
Set pattern length.
Sets data acquired method.
Turn on the display of the
channel to which the signal
is input.
Start sampling.
Measure a waveform.
End
Stop sampling.
Adjust scale.
Track the clock
rate to BERT?
