Repeated operation (25 pps or more) (EXTERNAL CONTROL)
The following diagram shows the lapse of time in the case where laser is output
according to the number of repeated outputs of 25 pps or more.

Charging time. When a high voltage is turned ON and charging is
completed, the READY status is provided.

*3 5ms min. Monitor error output time. Minimum error output time for 200 pps.
