Interface Configuration
The Interface Configuration allows users to assign interface shaping rate for each interface.

Parameter
Description
Interface
Click the drop-down menu to select the CoS configurable interfaces. The option
"Global" represents the most recent global configuration settings. These may be
overridden on a per-interface basis.
Interface Shaping
Enter a value to set the maximum bandwidth allowed, typically used to shape the
Rate
outbound transmission rate. This value is controlled independently of any per-
queue maximum bandwidth configuration. It is effectively a second-level shaping
mechanism. Default value is 0. Valid Range is 0 to 100 in increments of 1. The
value 0 means maximum is unlimited.
Restore Defaults
Click
Restore Defaults
to restores default settings.
Submit
Click
Submit
to update the switch with the values on the screen. If you want the
switch to retain the new values across a power cycle you must perform a save.
Interface Queue Configuration
The Interface Queue Configuration allows users to configure queue settings for each inter-face.
