Parameter
Description
Port
Displays the authentication port the server uses to verify the RADIUS accounting
server authentication. The port is a UDP port, and the valid range is 1-65535. The
default port for RADIUS accounting is 1813.
Secret
Enter the pass phrase to use with the specified accounting server. This field is only
displayed if you are logged into the switch with READWRITE access. The name
contain up to 16 characters.
Apply: The Secret will only be applied if this box is checked. If the box is not
checked, anything entered in the Secret field will have no affect and will not be
retained. This field is only displayed if the user has READWRITE access.
Secret Configured
Displays the configuration status of the shared pass phrase. By default the secret
key will not be set for the server.
RADIUS Accounting
Enter the name of the RADIUS accounting server. The name can contain up to 32
Server Name
alphanumeric characters. Spaces, hyphens, and underscores are also permitted. If
you do not assign a name, the server is assigned the default name Default-
RADIUS-Server.You cannot use the same name for multiple RADIUS accounting
servers.
Submit

to update the switch with the values on the screen. If you want the
switch to retain the new values across a power cycle you must perform a save.
Remove
Click
Remove
to delete a configured RADIUS authentication server, select the IP
address of the server from the RADIUS Server Host Address menu, and then click
Remove.
Refresh
Click
Refetch
to update the database and display it again starting with the first
entry in the table.

The Named Accounting Server Status page displays information about the accounting
serv-ers configured on the system. To access this page, click
