Group 45: Energy saving
This group defines the set-up for calculation and optimization of energy savings.
Note:
The values of saved energy parameters
,
are derived from subtracting the drive's energy consumed from the direct-on-line
(DOL) consumption calculated on the basis of parameter
. As
such, the accuracy of the values is dependent on the accuracy of the power estimate
entered in that parameter.

Defines the level when the Precharge function is disabled and PID is enabled. When
the level is reached, PID is enabled. PID is executed as parameterized. If reference
ramp times are set, they are used.

Enables or disables the energy optimizer, which optimizes the flux so that the total
energy consumption and motor noise level are reduced when the drive operates below
the nominal load. The total efficiency (motor and drive) can be improved by 1…10%
depending on load torque and speed.

1 = ON – Enabled.
