Classification Error content
Other paper jam The printing has not finished normally because of an error occurring
on the interface between the SYS board and the engine firmware at
the end of printing.
Check item Measures
Power • Check if the error is cleared by turning the power OFF and
• then back ON.

Finisher • Is the finisher working?
• Check if the voltage (24V) is being supplied to the finisher.
• Check if the harness connecting the I/F connector of the finisher
side and LGC board is open circuited.
• Connector check
LGC board • Connector check(CN363)
• Check if the harness connecting the finisher and LGC board is
open circuited.
• Check if the conductor pattern on the LGC board is short
circuited or open circuited.
