Semi-automatic RT testing

–

Use the

Scroll wheel

to select the stimulus (frequency and ipsi/contra) to be tested.

–

Press the right-hand softkey to start a semi-automatic reflex threshold search for the selec-
ted stimulus.

The test runs a search for the selected stimulus.

Manual RT testing

If a threshold is not found during automatic or semi-automatic testing, you can test specific stimulus intensities
manually.

–

Press

Select

to activate manual test mode.

–

Scroll to select the stimulus intensity for a single presentation.

–

Press the right-hand softkey.

This performs a threshold search for the currently highlighted stimulus level.

If needed, repeat testing of more stimulus levels.

–

Mark the intensity with which you associate the threhold.

–

Adjust the intensitiy and press the right-hand softkey to present the stimulus.

–

Continue until you register the reflex threshold or until the max. intensity is reached.

The measurement stops automatically at the end of each stimulus presentation.

–

To test another level, use the scroll wheel to scroll to the next stimulus level and press
the right-hand softkey to present the stimulus.

–

Use the scroll wheel to scroll to the stimulus level to be reported as the threshold value,
and mark the intensity.

Pausing the test

•

To interrupt the test, click/press

Pause

•

To resume the test, click/press

Pause

again. After the pause, the test resumes at the intensity

it came to or was interrupted in.

Continuing the test

2. When you have finished testing one ear, switch ears, if needed.

3. To continue testing, click/press

Start

and test the other ear.
