Note
During pulse output, the Deceleration Stop Execution Flag turns ON when the
STOP Bit is turned ON. When there is no pulse output, the Deceleration Stop
Execution Flag does not turn ON when the STOP Bit is turned ON.
9-5-4 Deceleration Stop During Positioning
When a deceleration stop has occurred before the target position has been
reached, the positioning can be resumed by executing START.
