Description T h i s command sets a new value of axis encoder resolution in the following
cases:
• T h e controller must be in state MOTOR
OFF
• T h e encoder type must be REAL (with the fictive encoder for stepper
motors (encoder loop mode) encoder resolution value is set all together
with motor resolution value (SV command)).
• I f the motor is of type STEPPER, the entered value must not be smaller
than the actual motor resolution value.
• I n all other cases, the command is not executed and the controller
returns error code D.
Returns
I f the "?" sign takes place of nn parameter, the controller returns the actual
value of encoder resolution.
Errors
A - U n k n o w n message code.
B — I n c o r r e c t axis number.
C — Parameter out of limits.
D — Unauthorized execution.
