4.1.2.2 Managing User Role
All Synergy account types have pre-set permissions that control which function users may
access based on user roles. Local and Domain Admins may manage user role permissions
with the
Manage User Role
window. Follow the instructions provided below for managing
user roles.
Click the Admin icon
located on the Synergy title bar and select
Mange User
Role
.

The
Manage User Role
window will pop-up. To create a new role, press
Add
.

Create a new role by entering a new title in the
Role
category and selecting an
Authentication Type
from the dropdown menu (Figure 27). Select all the
functions desired for access by the new user role, and press
Save
.
