Operating system update via FTP
Using an FTP client an OS file can be transferred to the JC-120MC.

An OS file for the JC-120MC must be available.
 An FTP connection to the controller must be possible.

The login parameters for a user with administrator or system rights are at
hand.
 The operating system of the JC-120MC must be running.
Note:
Make sure it remains energized.
To update the OS, proceed as follows:
Step Action

Open an FTP connection to the JC-120MC.
2 Log in with administrator or system rights

Navigate to the directory /System/OS .
4
Transfer the OS file.
5 Wait until the transfer process is completed.

Clear the FTP connection.
7
To activate the transferred OS, re-boot the controller.
