CAN-ID
In the case of an outbox, a CAN message is sent using the CAN-ID.
In the case of an inbox, CAN messages with this CAN-ID - which is masked
by the CAN-ID mask - are received.

In the case of 29-bit CAN-IDs 0 ... 0x1FFFFFFF
