■
Status Check
If 12V is not output to the orange and blue Lead Wires of the 12V Power Supply Connector,
identify the location of the failure according to the flow.

Flow for narrowing down troubles
Description
To check the output of the 12V Power Supply, check the following two points.
• Check the output from the 12V Power Supply
• Check the output from the AC Power Supply
●
12V Power Supply System Flow
12V is not supplied to
the Main Controllers.
-
Check the connection of the
Relay PCB connectors.
-
Disconnect and then connect all
the connectors, and restart
Check the output from
the 12V Power Supply
*1
*1:
Check whether 12V is supplied between the orange and
blue Lead Wires of the 12V Power Supply Connector.
1.Turn OFF the Main Power Supply Switch.
2.If the FU10 and FU11 of the Relay PCB are
disconnected, check whether the cables are trapped.
3.If any of the cables are trapped between J421 of the
Relay PCB and J104 of the Riser PCB, correct them.
4.If no cable is trapped, replace all of the following:
Main Controller 1, Main Controller 2, Riser PCB,
and Relay PCB.
Yes
No
Is the AC Power Supply
being output?
Check whether the following Harnesses
of the Relay PCB are trapped
- J401(pins 8)
- J411(pins 1, pins 3 - pins 5)
- J431(pins 5)
[Replacement work after check]
- Replace the 12V Power Supply
- Replace the Relay PCB
Yes
1.Replace the AC Driver PCB
2.Replace the Main Controller PCB1
3.Check the harnesses of the
AC Driver (three points)
