1) By setting this option, the evaluation of the transmitted results in the VW-XML protocol may distinguish
from the internal evaluation of the Tightening System 350. Refer to the following example:
Graph type
Y:
Different graph types can be selected to display tightening data.
(Default setting: Torque)
Using this option, you select the parameter(s) on the Y-axis:
– Torque (torque graph)
– Gradient (gradient graph)
– MRed graph (redundancy graph)
– Angle (angle graph)
X:
Different graph types can be selected to display tightening data.
(Default setting: Angle)
Using this option, you select the parameter(s) on the X-axis:
– Angle: angle values are plotted on the X-axis
– Time: time values are plotted on the X-axis
With VW-XML 2.1: The graph data angle or time of the X axis start with
0 in each tightening step. The "STV" tag contains the offset value to
the overall graph.
With graph backlash
You have got the possibility to output the different graph types with or
without graph backlash. (Default setting = active)
Options
Reset MID with every RST
command
As soon as this option is activated, the MID counters of port A and port
B are additionally reset with each RST command (reset). The next
telegram has to be transmitted with MID 0001.
Note: This option is not included in the VW corporate requirement
specifications.
Set synchronization bit if
application result is NOK

If the
Rexroth Tightening System 350
is in application mode and the
application result is NOK, all channel results in tag "STA" are set to
"NOK".
Note: This option is not included in the VW corporate requirement
specifications.
Suppress COD10 if PLC
signals are not stored
If the PLC signals are not applied on the PLC module, no error COD10
will be generated in case of commissioning via TCP/IP port A.
Note: This option is not included in the VW corporate requirement
specifications.
Use Id code as PRT, PI1 and
PI2
If this option is activated, the ID code of the tightening will be entered
by the
Rexroth Tightening System 350
in the
VW-XML results data. The following applies:
– The "PRT" tag always contains the text "ID_Code".
– The "PI1" tag always contains the first 32characters of the ID code.
– The "PI2" tag contains the second 32 characters of the ID code.
This tag is not available if the ID code contains less than 32
characters.
Note: This option is not included in the VW corporate requirement
specifications.
Default transmission class
Using this option, you select the transmission class that is to be used
for the transmission of the tightening result data by default. The default
transmission class for OK tightening processes is 3.
Settings
The BS350 operating system provides the option of printing (
Print…
),
storing (
Save…
) settings for VW-XML or loading (
Open…
) saved
settings.
Load default values
Click this button to reset the data changes to standard values.
OK
Click this button to save the data changes.
Cancel
Click this button to close the dialog window without accepting the
changes.
